The Municipality of The Hague implemented Logis.P's Digital Reception. This solution receives and informs citizens applies for administrative tasks as well. Citizens scan certain documents at the Digital Reception kiosk they need to provide to apply for welfare or permits. The solutions realizes that documents are digitalized and without personnel (front desk) effort will directly be transferred to the back office.
