Digital check-in kiosk Logis.P generates attention across borders

17 September 2013

The digital check-in kiosk of Logis.P received international attention this week at the World Hospital Congress in Oslo. Delegations from over 42 countries came to the Norwegian capital to speak about the processes and logistics in the modern hospital industry. The check-in kiosks in the new build Dutch Jeroen Bosch Hospital were central in conversations.

An important part of the presentation of the Jeroen Bosch kiosks focused on aspects of usability and the cooperation between Logis.P, sales partner Ricoh and the hospital managers. It became clear that customization was central in developing the right solutions for the Jeroen Bosch Hospital.

The cross-continent enthusiasm concerning self-service in registration, hospital passes, making and scheduling appointments is a strong indication that the healthcare industry is more than ready to take the step of paperless, digitalized healthcare.

Architectural researcher Giuseppe Lacanna wrote an in-depth article on Logis.P's solutions in the Jeroen Bosch Hospital, of the Netherlands' largest non-teaching hospitals. Read it here and learn more.
